What a pleasure it was speaking with Gail Martin on her Shared Dreams Marketing Podcast! As an entrepreneur, I am constantly trying to balance the needs or my business, the needs of my family and my own needs so that everybody wins. There’s always a tradeoff, no matter what action you choose. So it’s not about finding the ‘right’ answer, but rather about making your decisions with a clear understanding of what the benefits and costs of those choices are, and how they align with your core values, vision and goals. Remember, the key is not to just be ‘busy’, but to live your life on your terms.
